The Historic Old Administration Building (HOAB) of Fresno City College. Restored after being closed for thirty years. A simple, objective test was devised to determine whether each window would be restored or replaced and ultimately, the project required the restoration and refabrication of more than 100 wooden doors and 600 wooden windows.
