A major remodel of a 1930s Mediterranean style home involving replacement of over 20 doors and 20 windows including French doors, extensive landscape renovation, pool construction, exterior waterproofing and roof replacement. The project placed significant emphasis on security including laminated safety glass throughout. The owner required a perfect match to the originals, which required careful attention to details. Hardware included Italian multi-point hinges and Baldwin casement window latches. Wooden Window fabricated doors, casements, a garage door and installed many sash into existing jambs.
