The house is a big wood frame, Art Nouveau design, built in 1893 and it probably contained every form of window problem known to man. Half of the windows were painted shut. All needed new sash cords and related pulleys. New windows had to be custom made in three places, with entirely new designs. And finally, there was a bay of round glass windows that had to be ripped out, refurbished, and made to work again. Bill and his men did all this with an admirable degree of professionalism and craftsmanship. Their presence in the house was always a delight. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. And, having bid the job with a couple of other people initially, I know that Bill’s price was reasonable and competitive. I would recommend Wooden Window to anyone needing work of this kind.
